TAIWAN ASSESSMENT AND EVALUATION ASSOCIATION HAD SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED SCHEDULED ON-SITE VISITS IN 2020
In the first half of 2020, COVID-19 has spread throughout the world. As Taiwan has an independent and complete public health and medical system, we’ve cooperated with our friends in the world for masks, medicines, epidemic prevention technology under the premise of having sufficient supplies in our country with the implementation of our slogan “Taiwan Can Help, and Taiwan is Helping!”
Taiwan Assessment and Evaluation Association (TWAEA) had followed the Central Epidemic Command Center’s instructions since the initial stage of the outbreak of COVID-19. All our colleagues wore masks and strictly followed the instructions for independent health management. The forehead temperature must be taken before entering the office, the working and meeting area was always sanitized with open air circulation for our safety and comfort. Transparent acrylic partitions were purchased to prevent mist contagion and the arrangements of the seats were followed by regulated distance among the participants. Office area was regularly disinfected and cleaned to ensure that the representatives of the industry, officials, and academics who came meeting have a safe, secure, and stable meeting environment.
In order to ensure the scheduled on-site visits in the first half of 2020 can still be proceeded without being affected by the outbreak of COVID-19, the evaluated institution’s rights and interests are guaranteed by a series of our forward deployment protections. Both the reviewers’ and accompanying personnel’s health conditions must be confirmed and supplies for epidemic prevention shall be appropriately prepared. Mutual understanding between the evaluated institution and our association should be thorough for better protection actions. TWAEA is committed to fulfill its social responsibility by providing a friendly assessment environment, integrating all software and hardware facilities as a professional evaluation association.
