ACCREDITATION AWARD CEREMONY & STUDENT EMPLOYABILITY FORUM
TWAEA has successfully organized the “Accreditation Award Ceremony & Student Employability Forum” on 30th March 2015. The activity was chaired by Dr. Victor Wei-Chi Liu, chairman of TWAEA. The topic of seminar focused on cultivating students' key competencies. In this event, it was our great honor to have Dr. Shen-Li Fu, honorary president and chair professor of I-Shou University, to address a keynote speech about “University Management and Student Employability”. Through keynote speeches and experience sharing among participants with different backgrounds, the forum led to the enhancement of graduate employability.
In addition to the seminar, the award ceremony for “Accreditation of Degree-granting Programs Project” was also conducted. Seven departments of Da-Yeh University were awarded the certificate, including Department of Leisure and Recreation Management, Department of Sport and Health Management, Department of Medicinal Botanicals and Health Applications, Department of BioIndustry Technology, Department of Molecular Biotechnology, Department of Applied Japanese Language, and Department of European Languages.
The “Accreditation of Degree-granting Programs Project” is specially designed to assist the institutions’ to develop quality improvement system through the fair and righteous assessment and professional consultancies provided by TWAEA to figure out their own characteristics.
