TWAEA was commissioned by the Ministry of Education to organize the “2020-21 Vocational and Technological College and University Evaluation”. The on-site visits started from November, 2020 and were completed by the end of March, 2021. The on-site visits encompassed 15 universities of technology, 4 institutes of technology and 6 junior colleges.
For the junior colleges that underwent the evaluations for the first time, TWAEA had organized several workshops from August to September last year to explain the transformation of the evaluation system and analysis of the evaluation indicators. TWAEA will continue to conduct workshops to explain the evaluation implementation schedule and other related issues to the evaluated higher education institutions (HEIs). We hope that through workshops the HEIs can understand more about the content of the evaluation procedures.
